Controller The controller is connected to the starter relay of the irrigation pump.  A connection is also made to measure pump motor amperage in order to verify the state of the pump.  Text messages from a smart phone or computer are used turn the pump on or off.  Wireless messages from the moisture sensors are received by the controller and are transmitted to the internet server by cellular transmission along with the amperage readings of the pump.  The moisture readings of each sensor and the pump status is displayed graphically on the server website.  

  Wireless Moisture Sensor Self-contained wireless moisture sensors can be placed at different locations in the irrigated field to provide a good moisture profile.  The sensors are battery powered with enough power to last all season.

Installation of the controller is straigtforward and can be done by a local electrician.  No computer setup is involved.
